Mark Kruger's Biography
The Beginning
Mark is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force,
serving his country from 1978 to 1982.
- During his military career, Mark played an integral role in supporting the communications and logistics at the bases where he was stationed. An outstanding accomplishment was the support of the white house communications teams when President James Carter made his historic trips to China during his term as president. Mark gained extensive experience working on various long line communications supporting the Unites States Air Forces roll during the cold war.
- Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree from Weber State College and an Associates degree in Applied Sciences from Community College of the Air Force. He graduated with Honors from USAF Telephone Switching Equipment Repair.
The Early Years
Owner of Teledata Concepts
- 1990 to 2000, Mark created Teledata Concepts in Boca Raton. During his tenure with the company, Mark oversaw installations of voice networks that included general business applications and call centers. He successfully opened 2 branch sales offices and provided consistent sales revenue to achieve targets and goals for an annualized growth of 30% or more over a 5-year period.
Owner of Advanced Telecommunications Inc
- 1985 to 1990, Mark created Advanced Telecommunications Inc. in Pompano Beach a full-service provider of telecommunications equipment. ATI was involved in the initial development of structured wiring concepts for the businesses.
Service Manager
- 1983 to 1985, Mark was the service manager for National Business Communications. He directed a team of 7 technicians that provided service to over 1,000 customers.omers.
The later years
Director of Mitel Cloud Operation at IPC
- In 2018 Mark kruger joined IPC to design, implement and support essential business-enabling technologies surrounding Mitel and many other platforms. Mark presently leads a team of tenured Mitel engineers to provide best in class Cloud and Premise based solutions in Google cloud, Azure and private cloud. As a result of the development of this service offering Mitel awarded IPC with 2023’s Growth Partner of the Year.

- Mark Kruger is Florida’s leading telecommunications entrepreneur with over 20 years of industry experience. he founded his fourth company, Converged Solutions and Services. As the founder of the organization, Mark held responsibility for growing the company, developing strategic plans, and providing guidance to his team of telecom and data professionals.
